彩雲紙 雷神
様々な変化してゆく美しい雲の彩りを表現した彩雲紙を大胆な配色で仕上げた和紙。鮮やかに染めた楮の繊維を2人の職人が阿吽の息で流し込んだ時命が吹き込まれ、大胆かつ繊細で華のある魅力的な和紙が生まれます。繊維1本1本が水の流れに沿って漂う様を表現している越前手漉きの技。その水の流れはその時々で異なるため、全く同じ柄が存在しない世界で唯一の和紙です。
Saiun Paper Thunder God
Saiun paper captures the beauty of colorful clouds with bold color choices. Vibrantly dyed kozo fibers are poured in perfect synchrony by two artisans, bringing life to this striking yet delicate washi. Each piece is unique, with fibers drifting in a way that mirrors water flow. This handcrafted Echizen washi, created with the Nagashizuki technique, produces one-of-a-kind patterns.
