防炎認定REGARDING FIRE RETARDANCY
当社取扱いの紙で準不燃および不燃表示のあるものは、有限責任中間法人日本壁装協会（WACOA）にて検索が出来ます。各商品に明記されている商品番号は、WACOA検定番号に代わる番号です。この商品番号を「壁紙品質情報検索システム」に入力する事で「防火壁紙材」「シックハウス対策壁紙」について必要な情報を得る事が出来ます。
For washi products with semi-noncombustible or noncombustible ratings, you can search the Japan Wallcoverings Association (WACOA) database. The product number indicated on each item corresponds to a certification number in WACOA’s system. By entering this number into WACOA’s "Wallpaper Quality Information Search System," you can access information on fire-retardant wallpaper and anti-sick building wallpaper.

本製品は製造に万全を期しておりますが、近年の建築様式はお部屋の気密性が高くなっており、特に梅雨時などの湿気の多い時期や長期間直射日光が当たる場所では、長くお部屋を閉め切っておきますと、シミや変色の原因となります。自然な素材で製造致しておりますので、その使用環境で、耐久性も大きく左右されます。まれに原料が固まっていたり多少のチリが混入している場合がありますが、これは漉きとる工程以外すべて手漉き和紙と同じ作業を行っているため、どうしても発生してしまいます。ご理解頂いた上、お客様にもご説明頂けますようお願い致します。
※和紙来歩では、全商品が手作りのため、貼り合わせの際には多少のズレが生じる場合がございます。ご了承下さい。
While we take the utmost care in the manufacturing of these products, the airtight nature of modern buildings may affect durability, especially in high-humidity environments like Japan's rainy season or rooms exposed to prolonged direct sunlight. Long periods with closed rooms can result in staining or discoloration. As these products are made from natural materials, durability is affected by the environment. Occasionally, you may notice small debris or firm spots due to the production process, which includes manual work similar to traditional handmade washi. We ask for your understanding, and kindly request that you explain these points to end customers.
Note: All of our washi products are handmade, so minor misalignment may occur during installation.
施工業者様へのお願いFOR INSTALLERS
ビニール樹脂系など化学接着剤を使用された現場にて、施工数年後に濃いシミが発生したという事例が発生致しました。多くの施工業者様においては、でんぷん系接着剤を採用されている事と思いますが、上記事例に沿って再度お願い致しております。特に壁紙用ではない接着剤の使用や、使用説明書に反した取扱いによる変色などの発生は、その補償は出来かねますのでご了承下さい。また、継ぎ目に色違いが生じることがありますが、和紙の持つ特性のためLOT順に使用して下さい。
※カット後の商品の返品、または3巾を貼り終えた後のクレームはお受け出来かねます。
※自然素材を使用して製造しておりますので、厚みのばらつきや多少の色違いはご了承下さい。
There have been rare cases of dark stains appearing after several years in installations using chemical-based adhesives, such as vinyl resins. Most installers use starch-based adhesives, but we ask for your cooperation based on the above experiences. We cannot accept responsibility for any discoloration or stains caused by using non-wallpaper adhesives or not following usage guidelines. Additionally, as washi is a natural material, there may be slight color variations along seams. Please use products sequentially by lot number.
Note: We cannot accept returns for cut items or claims once installation of a full three-panel width is complete. Due to the natural materials used, please allow for minor thickness or color variations.
